Sachin Tendulkar's achievements in the field of Cricket is numerous as he has kept record breaking as his habit throughout his career. Sachin has become the best ever player in tests and ODI formats as he has struck 100 international centuries and is still going strong.

As recognition of his contribution to the World of Cricket, International Cricket Council and BCCI have decided to announce Sachin's birthday as the 'World Cricket Day' from the year 2011.
